* One-day Registration is available only to Portuguese delegates or members of the collaboration Organisations (SMRT, EANM, ESTRO). Please provide Membership Number.

** Reduced Registration fees are available to delegates from Albania, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

*** Students require a confirmation letter from their Education Institution

Group Registration
To register several persons please fill in a registration form for each person. Incomplete registration forms cannot be processed.

Terms of Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Secretariat@e-mcr.org . In case of cancellation before August 30, 2009 we will refund your registration fee minus 50 % charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the Congress. After August 30, 2009 we cannot grant any refund for cancellations.

Changes of Registration and Names
Changes of names received until August 30, 2009 can be processed at an administrative charge of € 50,–. After this date changes of names are considered as cancellations and will be treated as new registrations.

Bank Transfer Charges
All bank charges for the transfer service have to be paid by participants.

Late Payment
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Down-payments cannot be accepted. In case the full amount of your registration fee has not been received by November 1, 2009, the on-site registration fee will automatically become effective.
